Managementography is a small business founded in Ireland in 2024 by Kerry Russell. It uses design thinking and innovative images to explore and address management challenges in smart and memorable ways.
Signal Lines is the first full programme for the business, and there are more in development.

Kerry Russell has over twenty five years experience in midwifery practice and public healthcare management in the UK and Ireland. Her management approaches are drawn from the frontline to the boardroom, and from large and small healthcare organisations. One thing in common to all of these roles has been the need to have effective conversations,
whether the topic is challenging, emotional or important, or a combination of all of these.

Managementography is the term that has been coined to represent the art of using design and image to understand and solve management challenges.
Diagrams and charts have been used as management tools for a long time, but this approach uses the process of forming designs and images to understand challenges in a new way rather than just looking at the output.
Manager Birds
The Manager Birds Communication Tool is an innovative and insightful management tool that lets you explore communication habits and practice your communication skills. Designed by Managementography, it is core part of the Signal Lines Programme but can also be used as an individual skills tool.
